Due to harsh restrictions by the government of #Benin against the World Social Forum in #Cotonou, Alarm Phone self-organized the migration village with other organisations. Yesterday morning, we started with a transnational session for freedom of movement. #WSF

🆘 We were alerted to a boat carrying 25 people on the way from Sirte, #Libya, towards Sicily. They are drifting in the Maltese SAR zone. Coastguards and the merchant vessel KOHAKU were alerted, but do not react. Rescue is urgent!
