🆘 dans l’Atlantique ! ~200 personnes ont quitté la #Gambie le 18 Novembre pour les #IlesCanaries. Depuis, il n’y a pas eu de contact avec le bateau. Les autorités sont informées et nous espérons avoir bientôt des nouvelles! #LibertéDeCirculation pour tou.te.s!
🆘 in the #Atlantic ! ~200 people left #Gambia on the 18 of November heading towards the #CanaryIslands. Since then, there has been no contact to the boat. Authorities are informed and we hope to hear from them soon! #FreedomOfMovementForAll!
Rescued!!! @soshumanity_en responded to our distress call and carried out a successful rescue operation. Where states fail, the #civilfleet steps in!
🔴Breaking: After a distress call from Alarmphone, we were able to rescue > 70 people today – incl. women, children & a baby – from an unseaworthy wooden boat. They had been at sea for over 24h in bad weather conditions, with a broken engine & no life-saving equipment. 1/2
