🆘 in #Bulgaria! Alarm Phone was alerted to 5 minors in a precarious situation. Reportedly, 1 person is unconscious. The weather is rough, the group is suffering from cold, rain & hunger. Authorities are informed. We urge them to provide medical care & grant access to asylum!
