This morning we lost contact with a group fleeing from #Libya in a rubber boat. Authorities have been informed 12 hours ago, but say they have no information about the boat. Where are they? #Dontletthemdrown!

🆘 ~75 people in distress in the central Mediterranean!

We have alerted authorities to the distressed. A merchant vessel that could have rescued left, due to orders by RCC #Malta. We call on authorities to stop these potentially lethal practices! Rescue now!
