🆘! 36 people adrift east of #Malta!

We alerted authorities to a boat in distress, carrying 36 people. They are escaping from #Libya. They say their engine stopped and they cannot move on. The night is coming and they need immediate rescue!

Yesterday, our sea-rescue vessel Aurora rescued 75 people from a boat in distress, which was reported by @alarm_phone . We just disembarked all of them safely in Pozallo, Italy. We wish them courage & luck for everything that lies ahead of them!

Alarm Phone stands in solidarity with the Global #Sumud Flotilla and is appalled by the drone attack on the Family boat. The #Flotilla will not be intimidated!
We wish them all the best for breaking the illegal siege on #Gaza.
